A magnificent oak-lined avenue leads to this 1912 property on the “Knopp” hill in the village of Hardesby. The spacious apartment with fireplace is on the 2nd floor of the house with wide views over the courtyard and the surrounding fields. Plenty of space, high-quality furnishings, and total tranquility await you! The space The historic terrazzo floor in the hallway, large sash windows and refinished oak floorboards in the living room and bedrooms are reminiscent of days gone by in this freshly renovated and newly furnished vacation home. A special feature is the large, bright kitchen with a dining area and views into the expansive garden. The living room with corner sofa, wingback chair and wood-burning stove is a truly cozy place. From here, you can watch the farm's horses and the deer in the fields. The three brightly furnished bedrooms at the end of the hallway are wonderful places to relax. The modern bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub, a washing machine and underfloor heating. At the back of the house on the ground floor is the large deck belonging to the apartment, with garden access. The property is completely fenced (fence height 1.00 m to 1.50 m) and can be explored by children and dogs. A swing and climbing frame as well as a large trampoline are available for children. In addition, a fire bowl and sun loungers await you for pleasant hours in the garden! Storage and charging facilities for e-bikes are available. Guest access The key is stored in a safe for our guests. You will receive the code a few days before your arrival! Other things to note If you want to start your vacation with beds already made, we are happy to take care of it for you: bed linen, bath, hand and tea towel cost 25.00 euros per person. Keep in mind that you otherwise have to bring sheets and towels!
