A 40 m² panoramic terrace with a view of the large swimming pool (11 m x 5 m), open from May to October. The olive trees and vines will allow you to enjoy good times with family or friends. The space 63 m2 gîte on the first floor of a family farmhouse composed of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, shower room and panoramic terrace. 2 independent bedrooms of 23 m2 with 1 bathroom on the landing of the floor. Possibility to add a master suite (23 m2) for a total capacity of 10 guests. (on request, no extra charge). Guest access Shared entrance with the owner, large courtyard for parking. You have to climb the outside steps (15) to access the floor of the farmhouse and access the cottage. Pool access until 8 p.m., to be shared with the owner (absent during the day). Grandmother present in a ground floor apartment of the Mas. Other things to note Linens and towels for rent €10/bed. (bed refurbishment not included). Optional cleaning (€100) on request, to be paid on site. Welcome to the nice and clean doggies, but beware of the presence of pets on the premises.
