Welcome to Brescia Vibes, a delightful four-room apartment immersed in one of the most sought-after areas of the city of Brescia, a short walk from the metro stop, which ensures a quick connection to the city's beating heart. Strategically located, in a few minutes' walk you can reach supermarkets, the Spedali Civili di Brescia, and the University Campus of the University of Brescia and the Catholic University. The space Comfort and accessibility to services make this apartment the perfect combination for every traveler. Tastefully furnished with attention to detail, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Each space is designed to be unique, private, and comfortable. In the apartment there are: 🛏️ 2 double bedrooms: each of 20 square meters, designed to have a relaxation space dedicated directly to them, double set of pillows to meet the needs of all our guests, and a double mattress (one in memory foam, more rigid, and one with a spring, more enveloping) 🍽️ kitchen, fully equipped to make our guests feel at home spacious 🛁 bathroom: double sink, shower and bathtub for a relaxing warm bathroom. Guest access Access to the apartment is independent; a private gate allows you to enter and exit in total autonomy and privacy. Self check-in allows guests maximum autonomy and flexibility regarding their arrival time (this is subject to conditions: guests must still be identified, as required by law). Guests will have access to all the spaces of the apartment: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. Exclusions: Access to the storage room/warehouse, which contains the apartment's technical equipment, is prohibited (the only locked room). The garden belongs to another apartment and is therefore not accessible to guests. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor, with no elevator. The apartment is near the municipal stadium. When the city team plays at the Mario Rigamonti stadium (during the sports season, approximately twice a month), the traffic in the area changes, and some roads will be closed or have controlled access. The access by car to the house, from 4 hours before up to 2 hours after the sporting event, is guaranteed to residents (there is still ample parking in the Mompiano metro square, a 3-minute walk away, in the case of exceptional limitations, which for now have never presented themselves).
