Eden family vacation home - playroom, forest and much more

The cottage is quiet, without through traffic on the edge of the forest, with a nice hiking trail. In the surrounding area, cycling and excursions to sights (e.g. Gold Museum, Rauenstein Castle Ruins, and much more) are available. Highlight: *Silbersattel ski arena and Steinach ski slope are just 15 minutes from the cottage.* For children there are great highlights: in the holiday home itself a large playroom, in Sonneberg the Exotarium, toy museum, toboggan runs,... + free parking & washing! The space This house has been completely renovated by us in recent years. Since April 2024, it has finally been ready. We look forward to finally welcoming guests. The house was furnished with a lot of love and a focus on the needs of families with children (and pets). Here you will also find many play opportunities for children and relaxation rooms for adults. Unfortunately, the garden is currently not usable, but the soccer field right in front of the house compensates for this 😅 Guest access The entire vacation home is reserved for you only. Lowest floor: bathroom, laundry room, relaxation room and vaulted cellar with training facilities. Middle floor: living room and kitchen Upper floor: children's room, playroom and bedroom. The windows are secured in the most important rooms, as are the sockets. On the stairs on the upper floor there is a safety gate so that the children cannot easily reach the stairs themselves. You have access to the house at any time via an electronic door lock to which you will receive the numerical code before arrival. Other things to note This vacation home is meant to do your soul good and bring your family together. Therefore, we have placed great emphasis on games and activities for children, but also on relaxation for parents. HDTV, Wi-Fi, VCR with lots of DVD videos, a large selection of games for the whole family, a large game room, a wellness and relaxation room for the parents, everything is designed for your well-being and relaxation. Of course, there is also free coffee in the kitchen. For your and our safety, we will send you the house rules and terms and conditions after booking.
