Ideal for a holiday in nature, with even access to all park facilities of Het Landgoed De IJsvogel, including - Indoor and outdoor swimming pool with children's play pool - Restaurant and snack bar - Bowling alley - Fresh bakery - football cage - High season animation team The space The chalet, completely renovated in 2024, is decorated with a lot of love and attention, which immediately gives a warm feeling of home. The cozy living room has French doors to the "wild" forest garden with hot tub. The garden offers several nice seats where you can enjoy breakfast, dinner or a drink. For this, inside the china cabinet is the most beautiful ceramics and everything for a beautifully set table! The open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, Senseo machine, air fryer, combi microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a 4-burner gas stove. The first bedroom consists of three beds (80x200), a bunk bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and there is plenty of space to store clothes and other items. The renovated bathroom has a shower and a single sink with mirror. There is a separate toilet, "small room" Furthermore, there is free WiFi, and everything is equipped with central heating. In consultation, the garden shed may be used to store and charge bicycles. This shed is lockable. PARTIES are not allowed PETS not allowed No smoking indoors. Guest access - Guests have the entire space at their disposal. - Garden house in consultation - There is one parking space at the front of the chalet. At the entrance of the Sophia Hoeve, there is ample parking for several cars. - Access to the chalet through a key locker. You will receive the code before the day of arrival. Other things to note - No party should be allowed. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - Bath towels/ hand towels and bathrobes can be booked for €12.50 p.p. - Tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night. Is not included in the price for this - The use of the hot tub (with or without children) is at your own risk. - The chalet is made as child-friendly as possible, including by means of socket security on the low sockets. It is also at your own risk to take children to the chalet. - We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings, both inside and outside the chalet. - If you would like to make use of a camping bed or high chair, please inform us in advance, we will make sure they are in the chalet during your stay. - When you have checked in, we will assume that you agree to and comply with our house rules as well.
