BAMBOO EL OASIS 🏜️ is the ideal destination to relax and enjoy the best weather in the world with your loved ones, every day of the year! It features fast internet, a pool and beautiful communal gardens, a barbecue grill, Smart TV, and more. 5 minutes from CIVAC and event gardens, within a quiet gated community with a 24/7 security guardhouse and parking. We do check in! We're pet-friendly! 🐶 We are Bamboo Properties, hosts of your life ✨ The space 🛏️ Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with Smart TV and closet 🛏️ Bedroom 2: 1 single bed with closet *Living/dining room: single sofa bed 🛁 It has 1 private full bathroom 🏊‍♀️ The pool is shared, but usually no one uses it, so it'll be just for you! :) It doesn't have gas heating, but with the warmth here... it's the perfect temperature all year round! On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance. The Smart TV service is located in one of the bedrooms, as there is no TV in the living room. We have a shared soccer and volleyball court for the community. Parties are not allowed :) 👶Cribs must be requested in advance (for children under 6 months). 🚘Parking for one car. 🛋️The existing furniture is what is shown in the listing. 🌿We recommend bringing your own insect repellent. :) Guest access To ensure your safety and facilitate access to your Bamboo, we need you to share the following: 1️⃣ Full names and official ID (front) of all guests, to validate their identity. 2️⃣ Name and number of another guest who will be present throughout the stay, as an alternate contact. 3️⃣ Vehicle model, color, and license plate number.
