UPSTAIRS *4 bedrooms upstairs (numbered 1-4). *Bedroom #3, size is 107sq.ft., has a garden view, 1 queen bed, mini closet, TV, table and chair. *Has access to 1 shared bath on each floor, (Room #4 is en suite). DOWNSTAIRS *Bedroom #5. *Other facilities, shared by guests, are: Living room, Kitchen, Dining area and Laundry, etc. Guest access The ceiling fan & light have remote. The spaces that are accessible and shared with the host and the other guests include a living room, a spacious kitchen with several amenities, a dining area, laundry with washer and dryer, iron and board. Also the backyard with garden furniture and exercise equipment under a gazebo/tent. You will share the full bath upstairs and also have access to the full bath downstairs. There is a fast Wi-Fi. During your stay English is my official language. I have an amiable relationship with my guests but I give them some space. I am reachable on voice call ans text as well. Other things to note Guests are to keep their space clean, empty their trash, handle things with care and respect other users. Trash is picked up on Fridays. Switch off appliances not in use. Keep the noise level low, especially between 10pm and 6am. No smoking inside the house.
