The space This brand new, tastefully furnished house, designed with attention to detail, is a dream come true for those seeking peace and serenity amidst the city crowds. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this bright and chic home offers accommodation for 4 people (max. 6 people) with two bedrooms, each featuring a double queen size bed, along with towels, toiletries, and bed linen. The house has a separate entrance and a garage with a parking spot. The cozy and spacious living room includes air conditioning, a TV, and ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Enjoy your evenings in Kotor with the sounds of a vintage radio or by playing your favorite vinyl records on our gramophone. Our house boasts a private balcony with mountain views and an outside terrace with a dining area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or Al Fresco dining on sunny days. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and an array of appliances such as pots, frying pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs, and dishes. The bright and modern dining area, right next to the kitchen, can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The main bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a modern, spacious shower. Additionally, the downstairs half bathroom features a washing machine in the laundry area, with complimentary detergent capsules provided and a folding rack for drying the clothes. Guest access Our house is conveniently located just 1.3 km from the historic medieval walls of Kotor Old Town, making it a short and easy 15-20 minute walk. The nearest city gate, Gurdić Gate, is only a 14-minute walk away. The new attraction, Kotor Cable Car, is just a 10-15 minute drive from the apartment, and the public Kotor Beach is 2 km away, about a 30-minute walk. Additionally, the closest restaurant, Incontro, is right next door. The nearest supermarket, Aroma, is just a 5-minute walk from the house, and for fresh produce, a small market called Piper is located right next to Aroma, offering local fruits and vegetables. For those traveling by car, we offer a garage with a designated parking spot. The entry to the house is well-lit, ensuring safety and convenience. You'll enjoy a private entrance with a gate leading to the front yard. For your convenience, we offer self check-in. However, if you prefer, we can personally meet you and show you around the house. Other things to note *** Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee, though this cannot be guaranteed. For Greet & Meet services after 10 PM, there is an extra charge of €15, but you can always use our convenient self check-in option. *** Recommendations and Guidebook: We are happy to provide recommendations for places to eat, visit, or spend your free time. Our Kotor Guidebook, attached to the description of our home, contains plenty of information. We can also assist with arranging tours and transfers. *** Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (a penalty of €200 applies for smoking indoors). However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. *** Sewage System: The sewage system in Kotor is delicate and cannot handle wet wipes, nappies, or tampons. Please avoid flushing these items. *** Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. *** Weekly Cleaning Service: For long-term stays (longer than a month), a mandatory weekly cleaning service is required 🧹. *** Lighting and Safety: The entry to the house is well-lit, ensuring your safety and convenience. You'll have a private entrance with a gate leading to the front yard. *** Scenic Views: From the apartment, you can catch sight of Lovćen, the majestic black mountain that gave this country its name, the Dinaric Mediterranean limestone mountain range of Orjen, and the Vrmac peninsula, the former fortification of the Austro-Hungarian Empire with its imposing fortress.
