You have the bedroom with balcony for you to relax and enjoy. See you soon! The space This specific listing can accommodate 2 guests. You will have access to the common area and the double room with balcony. We have a smoke detector, sprinkler and fire extinguisher in the unit for everyone's safety. Guest access Guests have access to the common areas and the double room with balcony. During your stay I will be more than happy to welcome you to our second home! I will answer your queries upon check-in, and you may contact me via the Airbnb app. Other things to note • Kindly check the ADDITIONAL PHOTOS to see what we added to our amenities and our DEDICATED BASEMENT PARKING (with a minimal daily fee) • We have photos and video guides that you may access using the smart TV we have in the unit • I will also provide assistance by providing a quick home tour so you'll know how to quickly adapt to the space • We love pets. However, our tiny home will not be able to provide comfort for them as it can for their "hoomans." • The balcony is a place where you can get some fresh air and also the only space dedicated to smokers and vapers, apart from the outside of the condo building. • Kindly advise me in advance if you will be needing the 2 LAN cables we have available in our unit, so we can prepare it for you. •We have a dedicated basement parking slot for a minimal fee of P300 for one night (and peak seasons) and P250 per night for 3 nights or more.
