You will have access to the common area and the double room with balcony. We have a smoke detector, sprinkler and fire extinguisher in the unit for everyone's safety. However, our tiny home will not be able to provide comfort for them as it can for their "hoomans." • The balcony is a place where you can get some fresh air and also the only space dedicated to smokers and vapers, apart from the outside of the condo building. • Kindly advise me in advance if you will be needing the 2 LAN cables we have available in our unit, so we can prepare it for you. •We have a dedicated basement parking slot for a minimal fee of P300 for one night (and peak seasons) and P250 per night for 3 nights or more.
