Apartment with mountain views located in a hamlet of Castione della Presolana, one of the centers historically most linked to tourism in Val Seriana. Just 5 minutes walk from the town center and 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes, the accommodation is ideal for lovers of the mountains, skiing and paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike. Just 20 km from Lake Iseo, surrounded by natural parks and less than an hour from Bergamo, the apartment has a private garage. The space Apartment located on the first floor of a typical mountain building, not equipped with a lift. From the entrance you have direct access to the living area, where you will find a sitting area with a sofa, a fireplace and a dining table. From here you access a large terrace equipped with a table and armchairs with a beautiful view of the mountains, to enjoy special moments while admiring the view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: you will find a hob with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, pots, pans and crockery. 4 people can stay in the apartment: you will find two bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with fixtures, bathtub and washing machine, which you can use during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided by us depending on the number of people in the booking and are included in the price. There is no air conditioning. There is currently no Wi-Fi connection. The house is equipped with independent heating with radiators. A private garage is available for your car. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed for a surcharge. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and by parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other people's access. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. However, we ask you to respect the following rules: - animals must NOT climb on the beds, sofas or armchairs - you will be charged an extra cost or asked for a refund for any damage and/or need for extra cleaning if the previous instructions are not respected.
