The space The accommodation has: * 1 bedroom with a queen bed with 1 shower room with bathtub, toilet and vanity. ​ * 1 sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children in the living area. * A beautiful living room with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster. In the cabinets, everything you need to prepare and take your meals is available. A coffee machine "L 'Or du café" at your disposal. * A TV with Netflix, French and English channels and free Wifi are available for free. No worries about parking, with parking inside the Domaine near your cottage. Heated pool at 27-28 depending on season and not private. Non-private Jacuzzi. Pool and Jacuzzi close from 1 November to mid-April (depending on the weather possibility of change closing before). Nestled in the Normandy countryside, our gîte "Les Pâtis" offers you an authentic and relaxing setting for your stays with family, lovers, friends or for your seminars. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a wide variety of activities, free or for a fee, suitable for all ages and desires. * Free activities on site: • Heated pool: Relax or fun on the program in our outdoor pool, perfect for refreshing in the summer or enjoying a pleasant bath. Pool and jacuzzi closed: from November 1 to mid-April (depending on the weather, possibility of changing closure before). • Tennis court: Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, come and enjoy our tennis court for sporty and friendly exchanges. • Petanque: Share convivial moments on our petanque court, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. • Ping pong & basketball basket: Games and challenges for young and old, for families or groups of friends. • Recreation room: Fitness devices are available to combine relaxation and physical activity. • Football field: For football fans, a dedicated space with a goal cage to let off steam and have fun. • Recreation room: Billiards, foosball​ The gite Les Pâtis offers a playground specially designed for children, with swings, trampoline, climbing dome, zip line, slides... everything to guarantee beautiful hours of play and fun! * Paid activities on the estate: • Quad bike rental: Go on a framed ride full of thrills and explore the surroundings in a different way (depending on availability & season) • Bike rental (adults and children): Discover the Normandy countryside at your own pace, with family or friends, thanks to our adapted bikes. • Fishing (depending on season): Enjoy the calm of our pond and the river crossing the estate for peaceful fishing. PAYMENT WITH THE OWNER DIRECTLY ON SITE OR UPSTREAM BY SECURE LINK. 🔒 Security Deposit Requested: A deposit of €500 is required for your stay. • By secure link (bank imprint not charged) sent by email as soon as the reservation is validated. 👉 For the secure link: it's only a bank imprint. Outdoor pool and hot tub: Closed from the end of September to mid-April. 🕒 Pool access times: • High season: 9am - 9pm • Low season: 9 am - 6 pm Access is prohibited at night, for security reasons. 👶 Children • Children must be constantly supervised by a responsible adult. • Swimming is under the full responsibility of parents or caregivers. 🚫 Safety and hygiene guidelines • No running, pushing, or diving around or in the pool. • Shower required before swimming. • No swimming with freshly applied sunscreen (wait at least 15 minutes). • Pets not allowed on the pool enclosure. • Do not throw anything into the water (food, items, etc.). • Glass glasses and containers are strictly prohibited (use the cups provided). 🧼 Maintenance and cleanliness • Please do not use the pool in case of heavy pollution (hair, sand, leaves, etc.). • Close the shutter or cover the pool after use if provided. 🩱 Wardrobe and behavior • Swimsuit required (no underwear or city attire) • Thank you for being respectful and discreet (moderate music, no shouting). ❗Liability • Use of the pool is at your own risk. • The owner is not responsible for an accident, especially in the event of non-compliance with these rules. For little adventurers ages 5 to 10, a fun and safe activity to enjoy with a parent! Equipment provided: helmet, gloves, hairnet Give your children a unique experience on an age-appropriate electric quad bike in a safe natural setting.
