Large recently renovated apartment located in the center of Sestri Levante, just 5 minutes walk from the central caruggio and the Baia del Silenzio beach. Surrounded by all services and a few minutes walk from the train station, the accommodation is ideal for visiting Sestri and the Gulf of Tigullio with places such as Portofino and Santa Margherita or Moneglia and Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in a about an hour's journey. Free WI-FI. The space Apartment located on the fifth floor of a total of five in a recently renovated condominium equipped with a lift. Once you pass the entrance you will find a large living room, equipped with a spacious sofa, TV and a dining table. The French window, in addition to making the environment fresh and very bright, provides access to the long balcony of the house, where you will also find two armchairs and a table to enjoy moments of relaxation during the days or evenings of the summer. The kitchen, separated from the living room, is equipped with everything you may need for meals during your stay: hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, kettle and a second dining table for six people. It is also equipped with pots, pans, kitchen utensils and dishes. The apartment has six beds: there are in fact three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one complete and one service. In the first bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, you will find a large wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and an armchair. Here there is also another access to the balcony. In the second bedroom, in addition to two single beds, which can be joined together if necessary, there is a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a desk. In the third bedroom, here too, in addition to two further single beds, there are two bedside tables and a small wardrobe. A cot/cot for children (0-2 years) and a high chair are also available. The main bathroom is complete with toilet and shower. In the service bathroom you will find only the bathroom fixtures and a washing machine that can be used during your stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us for the number of people in the booking and is included in the price. The house is equipped with free WI-FI connection. There are two air conditioners in the house. The heating for the winter months is centralized, so the switching on and off times will be managed directly by the condominium, as well as the general switching on and off dates for the spring/summer season. Private parking is NOT available, but there are public parking lots in the immediate vicinity, including free ones. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed with a supplement, NO cats. The elevator entrance measures 55 cm. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces of the apartment, which is rented entirely, without spaces shared with other people. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Pets: We usually accept small and medium size dog, NO CATS, and ask for 5 euros per night for each pet. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. OPTIONS TO GET TO THE HOUSE By car, along the A12 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. Journey by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting with the Central Station active in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains leave from the Central Station in the direction of Genoa-La Spezia and stop in Sestri Levante (about two and a half hours journey). Sestri railway station is about 800 meters from the apartment. From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that connect the airport directly to Pisa Central Station. Operative every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey by intercity, two and a half by regional). Sestri railway station is about 800 meters from the apartment. From the Colombo airport of Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus, which stops outside the Arrivals area, you can get to Genoa Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes. The service is active every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all journeys on the AMT network.
