Please request pack n play or twin folding bed at time reservation is confirmed so I can ensure it is in the home when you check in. 8.This home is situated in the city, not the suburbs, which means it may experience some construction, occasional traffic, and public transportation activity. 9. Be respectful to our neighbors and community by keeping quiet hours when outside between 10pm-7am. 10. No parking on the front lawn. Two mid-size vehicles can comfortably fit in the driveway. 11. A photo of your driver's license or government issued ID must be submitted via direct Airbnb message to your host (me) upon booking. If not, your stay will be cancelled. 12. Guests under 25 years old cannot book the home. 13. Bag drop off is not available.
