House of Five Senses is located in the village of Donje Orešje, located in Sveti Ivan Zelina, a small town only 38 km away from Zagreb. The house is located on an uninhabited street at the top of a hill surrounded by forest and nature with a unique view of the horizon. The space This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a living room, a dining room, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a relaxation area. Right next to the house there is an outdoor enclosed space equipped with a barbecue, kitchen, toilet and a large dining table overlooking the outdoor heated pool. On the other side of the house there is a playroom equipped with billiards, darts, table football and playstation and board games. In the courtyard of the house there is a fireplace for evening gatherings, a children's playground and equipment for sports such as table tennis, badminton and five-a-side football. Bicycles for children and adults are also available. Also, in the yard you can find seasonal fruits and vegetables and herbs that you can use freely. The house and all other spaces are fully equipped with appliances and things that are needed for your stay (linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, kitchen and other small household appliances...). For an additional fee, you can enjoy world-famous cigars and local drinks such as award-winning wines and sparkling wines, craft beers and craft gins available at the property. We also offer organized rides in the UTV CF MOTO 1000 XL where you will be able to choose tours according to your wishes (sightseeing of local sights, pre-arranged wine tastings in local wineries, sightseeing of the surrounding landscape or similar). By agreement, it is possible to rent the aforementioned vehicle for driving at your own risk, with the necessary passed category for driving the vehicle.
