A modernly equipped house with an entrance to the 3 hectare garden, where you can relax, you can play soccer with children, and you can bathe in our pond. Before you arrive, we'll send you our guidebook, where we have local tips for trips around the neighborhood, cafes, and good food. We are dogfriendly and you will find our cottage near Orlík and Zvíkov and 55 minutes from Prague. Cottage Šulcovna is a great place for family gatherings, trips with friends, corporate offsite and sports activities. We've equipped it for you to feel at home. The interior of the cottage is decorated in a modern style. In the kitchen, you can comfortably cook everything you love, have a Nepresso coffee maker, sleep in comfortable beds, sit in the garden with a beautiful view, and grill every day. If the weather isn't good, you won't be bored. You can play Netflix, play games, read some of the books in our library, sit by the fireplace, or maybe go to a nearby cafe. We'll be happy to recommend where to go and what to taste. Just below the cottage you have a large private garden where you can swim in our pond, sunbathe, play games or just walk. We have 2 cribs and other amenities for infants. Because we love dogs, you can bring a well-behaved dog friend by appointment. Rely on experiencing the beauty and serenity of South Bohemian nature in a small village, but you won't be bored. We look forward to seeing you! Guest access The cottage is all yours for the duration of the stay, and in addition to the garden right next to it, you have free access to a private 3-hectare garden a few steps from the cottage, which is great for games, lounging, walking and swimming thanks to the swimming pond. There are also swings for children. You can park directly at the house.
