A modernly equipped house with access to a 3-hectare garden awaits you, where you can relax, play football with the children and swim in our pond. Before you arrive, we will send you our guide, where we have the most local tips for trips around the area, to cafes and for good food. We are dog-friendly and you will find our cottage a short distance from Orlík and Zvíkov and 55 minutes from Prague. Chalupa Šulcovna is a great place for family gatherings, trips with friends, corporate offsite and sports activities. We've equipped it for you to make you feel at home. The interior of the cottage is decorated in a modern style. In the kitchen you can comfortably cook everything you like, have a coffee from the Nepresso coffee machine, sleep in comfortable beds, sit in the garden with a beautiful view and grill every day. If the weather is not good, you will certainly not be bored. You can watch Netflix, play games, read one of the books in our library, sit by the fireplace or go to a nearby café. We will be happy to recommend where to go and what to taste. Right below the cottage you have a large private garden where you can swim in our pond, sunbathe, play games or just take a walk. For small children we have 2 cots and other equipment. Because we love dogs, you can bring a well-behaved dog friend with you by prior arrangement. You can count on us to experience the beauty and tranquility of South Bohemian nature in a small village, but you will definitely not be bored. We look forward to seeing you! Guest access The cottage is yours for the entire stay and in addition to the garden right next to it, you have free access to a private 3-hectare garden a few steps from the cottage, which is great for games, lounging, walking and swimming thanks to the swimming pond. There are also swings for children. You can park right by the house.
