Beautiful self-contained mud brick studio in an enclosed courtyard with a pretty cottage garden and abundant birds on a working farm, Swallows Welcome that is very well located, only ten minutes from Margaret River or Witchcliffe. Unique peaceful country retreat for a couple with a comfortable king size bed, large screen smart TV, kitchen and bathroom. Relax in the courtyard garden or by the lawn with rocking chairs, outdoor settings, a fire pit and barbeque. Dogs permitted on request The space The studio is a large room with a king bed that has a comfortable sleeping duck mattress and an electric blanket. Bed linen and towels are supplied. There is a sofa, coffee table and large 75 inch smart TV and DVD player. There is a large DVD collection, books, games and jigsaw puzzles. Wifi is available. An electric heater and fan are available. The kitchen at the other end of the studio has a kitchen table, sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and slow cooker. Tea, coffee pods, milk, sugar, oil, salt and pepper are provided. The bathroom has a separate external entrance and has a shower and toilet. A hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner, iron, ironing board and drying rack are supplied. The studio looks out on and opens on to a large courtyard garden with a frog pond. You are welcome to use the bbq and outdoor setting and the rocking chairs. There is also a large lawn and a fire pit which may be used from May to November weather permitting. Firewood, firelighters and matches are supplied. Guest access There is a lock box next to the studio door with the door key. The code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. Guests may use the studio, the outdoor setting and rocking chairs in the courtyard, the barbecue and the outdoor setting and fire pit by the lawn. The outside areas have festoon lighting that may be switched on in the evening. Other things to note There is another holiday rental on the property, listed on Airbnb as Swallows Cottage.
