Enjoy this newly renovated, stylish top-floor accommodation, recently featured in interior design magazines, conveniently situated in the heart of Kallio. The apartment features a spa-like bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, offering you a luxurious moment during your visit. Nearby, you'll find trendy cafes, bars, galleries, and second-hand shops. The space Enjoy our home, which we have fully renovated during the last five years. Most of the furniture is Finnish design or self made. The well-equipped kitchen features a combination oven-microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The bathroom boasts a luxurious shower with a rain showerhead and a drying washing machine. The private bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment. Guest access You have a private access to full apartment. Other things to note Please show the proper respect and you will enjoy your stay at this penthouse. It is 29 square meters and doesn’t have a balcony. We have sufficient storage space for you. It is expected that after the accommodation the apartment is left in the same condition as when received. Otherwise a minimum charge of 70 € is collected plus the actual costs of the cleaning. Any damage occurring during the accommodation are to be fully charged. A lost key will incur a minimum charge of at least 400€. No smoking in the apartment. There is a designated smoking area in the building's courtyard. In Finland we don’t wear shoes indoors so we would kindly request you respect that. Silence 9 PM - 8 AM. No partys and no guest.
