The "Dimora di Luca" is located a short walk from the historic center of Lucca (about a 10-minute walk), in a quiet location, close to many supermarkets and shops and at the same time a few meters from the historic center of Lucca. It was built about 15 years ago, so it is a brand new accommodation and equipped with all comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and air conditioning), as well as two private parking spaces. It will be your ideal base camp to discover Lucca and Tuscany! The space The "dimora di Lucca" is a single-family house located in the first suburbs of Lucca, called Borgo Giannotti, about a 10-minute walk from the historic walls. It was built 15 years ago, so it is a very recent home and equipped with all comforts. It is strategically located for discovering Lucca and much of Tuscany, being able to arrive directly in front of the entrance of the house by car. You arrive in front of the entrance through two private roads, one of which is regulated by an electronic barrier. The house also has 2 private parking lots on the condominium property. It is spread across 3 floors, the last of which is an attic. On the ground floor, there is the entrance that opens onto the living room, a laundry area (equipped with a washing machine), a bathroom (with shower) and the kitchen. From the kitchen window-door you can access a private and fenced garden, equipped with a table with chairs and an umbrella. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one full-size, a hallway with a large wardrobe and the second bathroom (with a whirlpool tub). On the second and top floor (attic) there is another double bedroom, with the possibility of adding an additional bed (via a sofa bed) and the last bathroom (with shower). Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house, which are for exclusive and private use, as well as the garden. Guests also have access to common areas, shared with other homes (car parking). Other things to note Check-in will take place in person. Additional information about the apartment (waste management and particularities of the home) will be communicated to you upon your arrival. We will contact you 1/2 days before your arrival, so as to explain where to park, how to reach us and other useful information.
