Studio apartment is fully for your usage only and the 10 m2 entrance is shared with another apartment which is seldom used by myself (owner). Your studio apartment is fully equipped: 1- Livingroom-bedroom: double bed of 140 cm, one wide couch, table, closet and a smart Samsung HD TV of 43" / 108 cm equipped with Sonos surround soundbar, clothes ironing table & drying rack 2- Kitchen: all the necessary as a table with two chairs, a Nespresso espresso coffee machine with welcoming capsules, microwave, induction stove, sink, bread toaster, fridge, dishwashing machine, hot water kettle with welcoming tea & honey and all the rest for cooking and eating 3- Bathroom: shower, toilet, hair dryer, sink, towels.
