Lemon Tree Hotel is a home that was born out of a project to build a circular economy in Ogijima.It is an unfinished art hotel where the architect Yoshi Abe (Teshima and Island Kitchen) designed and continued to build an old house. Staying with guests will encourage the circulation of the island's resources and the maintenance of the building. You can rent an old private house in the accommodation building and free space. There is no restaurant or supermarket serving breakfast and dinner in ★Ogijima.In addition, it is difficult to dispose of plastic, so we have prepared it here.There is a separate charge for the room, but you will also need to pay for meals.(Dinner & breakfast 5,500 yen/night/person) ★Meals are served in Pescatarian Meal with the theme of Circular Economy using local organic products as much as possible and using seafood and vegetables. The old house building has a kitchen, dining room, toilet, bonfire space, etc. The deck connecting the two buildings has a lemon tree, which is also a symbol tree, and offers the best view of the Seto Inland Sea, where you can enjoy activities such as a sauna and a fire pit.
