Only 5 minutes walk to the famous Ipanema beach. This apartment is newly renovated with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, excellent kitchen, open living and TV-room area plus an office. Large windows facing the outside garden provide a great view of the green treetops. The apartment is two stairs up in an older, super charming building. As the building does not have any elevator bags etc. must be carried up and down the stairs. For a small fee we are happy to arrange assistance. The space This is my home, and I live here with my 8-year-old daughter Isabella when I am in Rio. I would therefore very much appreciate if all guests would treat the apartment and all neighbors in the building with respect and some love. Other things to note Please check before booking the possibility of check-in before 3 p.m. and after 10 p.m. !!!! Or check-out after 11 a.m. that will only be possible by prior arrangement!!
