The space We have 2 full blast ACs in the Living room space and Bedroom. We have a Butler service in case you need any specific things without stepping out of the house! For long stays - A cleaning service is included. Laundry service is also available—prices will be paid according. For Homemade Foodservice, you can let us know before your booking. Guest access The entire flat Other things to note If you are bringing your Pet please let us know in advance. We can help with the Pet Parking details and food requirements if necessary. If you want to bring Group please send it to our enquiry so that we can make special arrangements. 2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, please be respectful of neighbours. 3. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. 4. The Balcony doors can get YOU locked. Don’t completely shut the door. 5. The Entrance door has a Red sign on the lockpad inside! Don’t touch it! ***Always carry the key outside!*** 6. Any damages must be reported immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest. 7. Amenities provided in this house (let us know if anything is unavailable) Bedroom: 2 Towels, 1 Queen size Comforter, 2 Pillows (2 extra pillows under the dressing table), Extra Sheets would be available on 3 hrs request (before 7 PM) Bathroom: Toiletries (Shampoo, Soap, Toothpaste),1 Bathrobe Balcony: 2 Chairs and sitting pillows are inside and keep them inside after use! 8. Please adhere to all building regulations and security protocols. Enjoy our on-site amenities. 9. Smoking is allowed but balcony only. 10.
