Situated in peaceful historical Village, Gornja Lastva on the Vrmac hill which separate Kotor and Tivat, you will enjoy this wonderful and private property with wonderful panoramic view of the Tivat Bay. If you are type of a person that likes to spend vacation in peaceful and secluded place, but still be close to the city and beaches, this is the right choice for you. The space My house belongs to authentic, mediterranean, stone houses and it is consist of 2 levels, on 1st level you will find living room with comfortable sofa which can be a bed also, well equipped kitchen with dining area, like private bathroom with all amenities. 2nd floor is connected with 1st floor with inside stairs and on 2nd floor is located bedroom where 4-5 people can sleep easily. House is equipped with stable internet connection like cable TV also. Next to the house you will find private terrace with postcard view on the sea and the bay like Porto Montenegro Marina also. Behind terrace and balcony you will find backyard with BBQ. Parking is also provided and it is located 50m from the house. Guest access Guest can use house with all amenities, like terrace, balcony, backyard and parking also. We will not bother guests but at their request we will be there to assist for everything. Other things to note At your request we can help you with transfer organizing or we can assist you to get rent a car. Also please have on your mind that city taxes are not included in price.
