The location is super central, ideal for your vacation: We are located in an elegant and well-served area, surrounded by clubs and services, a stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo and the Politeama. You can walk to churches, alleys, historic markets (the Capo is very close) and the most beautiful places in the city. The room is private and air-conditioned. The space The entire apartment consists of a total of * two bedrooms * two bathrooms (each for the exclusive use of the respective rooms) * kitchen (shared with any other guests). Each room is equipped with: * air conditioning/heat pump * TV * table and chairs * a set of towels for each guest * one pillow for each guest * bed linens * hairdryer * Wifi * Air conditioning/heating The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need: * kettle, dishes, coffee maker, French press, coffee maker * Appliances (oven, large refrigerator, freezer...) * dish towel, cloth, sponge and dishwashing soap Essential bathroom items * Toilet paper * Hand soap, body soap and shampoo Additional towels and sheet changes can be requested, for a fee, for longer stays. Write to me to let me know what you need. Parking * The house is located a few minutes from the historic center, but it is outside the ZTL, so you can also reach the apartment by car. Under the house and in the surroundings it is possible to park for a fee in the blue stripes, but there are also private parking lots guarded and covered nearby (for example the ORLANDO Parking | APCOA) Services nearby *Just outside the house, there is a lovely place to have lunch or a drink. *In the block there is a pharmacy, a tobacco shop and several restaurants (sushi, poke, hamburgers with Sicilian products) and bars. *My favorite seafood restaurant is 4 minutes away *The supermarket is 3 minutes away In the neighborhood: * The apartment overlooks the 16th-century church of San Francesco di Paola * The apartment is located between Piazza S. Oliva and Piazza S. Francesco di Paola. From the latter you can access Villa Filippina, an 18th-century villa with a large quadrangular garden, surrounded by a frescoed portico. Here you will find a food area, a garden for children, and a space that hosts various events, from the farmer's market to craft and vintage exhibitions, from live music to theatrical performances. How to get around *All the main places of interest are within walking distance * From the square below the house, the bus leaves for Castello della Zisa (which you can otherwise walk to in about 20 minutes). * Buses to Mondello and Monreale depart from Piazza Castelnuovo. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The eat-in kitchen, equipped with everything you need, is available for guests' use.
