Just a 3 minute walk from South Woodford underground station and the high street with supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Central London is just 30 minutes away and the Docklands are within easy reach. The flat offers a private garden, 3 bedrooms, Kingsize bed, Twin single beds and L-Shaped bunk bed suitable for adults and children, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, reading room and a kitchen / dining room. The space The Space This is a family friendly ground floor flat located within a three storey Victorian house. The home has three lovely bedrooms offering a great choice. Choose from a King Size bed located in a room with plenty of space and some original Victorian features. Alternatively, there is a cozy twin room or a fun L-shaped bunk bedroom (bunk beds are also suitable for adults). The living room has plenty of space for relaxation with two sofas and Smart TV. Adjacent to the living room there is a dedicated reading room with two individual arm chairs a floor lamp and coffee tables making it an ideal place to relax. The open plan dining and kitchen room has plenty of space for 6 people to gather round the table and relax after a day of site seeing. If travelling with children there is also a high chair available. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, microwave, full sized fridge and freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom features a Victorian style roll top bath and a separate rejuvenating shower. There is also the benefit of an additional separate toilet and laundry area with a Miele washing machine and dryer. Outside in the garden there is a seating area making it an ideal place to relax and have a coffee. The garden also benefits from having a children’s playhouse. Within the property you will find plenty of books, children’s toys, games and a large selection of DVDs. There is a small dedicated work space with access to a printer. The property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and all linens are provided for each guest and professionally cleaned. Guest access You will have total access to my place we ask that you treat it as your own and respect it. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay. Please note that cleaning and laundry is carried out by professional companies. Please advise your check in time 24 hours in advance if possible. Parking permits can be arranged, please specify at the time of booking if this is required.
