The space This massive Villa comes with a large pool and a lush garden, a total of 1x enclosed dining, 1x enclosed living room, six nicely AC cold spacious bedrooms, five brand new bathrooms + 2 powder rooms and 1 large open entertainment area - the Villa can accommodate 16 guests. The entire premises has a huge ground of 1000 SQM. Staying at such a fantastic spot as family or group of friends in the midst of a young and fancy Canggu is overwhelming: walk to Berawa Beach after having enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast in the Villa, ride the scooter for 2-5 minutes to reach all the cafes, bars, and restaurants which makes Berawa and Canggu so famous: Copenhagen, Baked, Butterman, Revolver Cafe, Penny Lane, Atlas Fest Beach Club, Finns Beach Club, Morabito Beach Club or the Ibiza classic, Café Del Mar. With a Villa manager and a team of highly motivated housekeepers you’ll receive a warm welcome with a famous Balinese hospitality. Start your morning with a generous freshly cooked (local) breakfast, juices and fresh fruits, you only need to decide on the time. Should you like to dine in, the Villa team can easily organize meals prepared by private chefs at a small extra charge. An ideal option for a group of friends, coWorkers or families who love the close proximity to restaurants, bars and the Canggu Scene. Villa Configuration: 6 bedrooms, each comes with a super king or king size bed, 5 bathrooms, all equipped with showers, one bathroom comes with a bathtub, Living Areas: Enclosed living area on the first floor with an oversized sofa, a 75 inch TV set, ceiling fans plus AC (enclosed living room). Enclosed kitchen and dining area with a long dining table for up to 16 people. Guest access After having enjoyed the tranquility of the quiet surroundings of Ubud or Uluwatu you simply need to make your way to Canggu. You will absolutely love the bustling beach area with its many famous eateries, incredibly trendy shops, and jaw-dropping sunset cocktail bars. Security services, Gardener, Pool Boy, housekeeper, Villa Manager, chef, Swimming Pool with Pool umbrellas and Pool towels, Apple TV, Netflix Stereo and Surrounding System, Wifi Internet, and Safety Boxes are provided in the Villa. All wardrobe spaces are accessible and filled with hangers. Toiletries - shampoo, soap, etc. as well as hairdryers can be found in the bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, china, glass, and cutlery can be used to prepare and dine sumptuous dinners with your group. Household supplies and basics such as tea, coffee, and water are available for you to be relaxed and comfortable during your stay. Our Villa manager with her team is on standby to happily provide more supplies on requests ( there might be small extra costs). Other things to note Sustainable Hospitality We are proud to be part of the sustainable hospitality movement. For instance- we don't use plastic bottles, we only purchase fruits and vegetables from locals, we reuse materials, etc. We would love to get your support by a simple routine. Please turn off your air conditioner when you leave your room. This small effort can make a significant difference in reducing our carbon footprint, and also helps us in maintaining our commitment to sustainability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a more sustainable and eco-friendly environment. PLEASE NOTE: Bali is a tropical island home to a diverse range of animals, including monkeys, shrews, lizards, birds, and marine life. These creatures are part of the island's natural beauty and diversity. If you encounter them, please note that it is not grounds for a refund. Our local team is available to assist you if needed. Finally, during the rainy season from December to April, our villa may experience muddy surroundings and an increase in vermin. These are natural occurrences beyond our control. Please be aware that the effects of the rainy season do not qualify for refunds. Villa Sunkiss is nestled in the heart of Berawa, Canggu, a lively area known for its amazing beach vibes, trendy cafés, and vibrant nightlife at Atlas or Finns Club. Live music venues can happen occasionally during weekends —adding to the energy and traffic of the area. If you love being close to the action and soaking in the dynamic atmosphere, this is the perfect spot for your stay! Also, just a reminder that if you hire any third-party team or have friends visiting during your stay, the villa team and the host cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items under any circumstances. For your security and peace of mind, we provide a safety box in the villa, and we strongly recommend using it to store your valuables throughout your stay. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that there is construction taking place on the neighbouring property, which will result in daytime noise. I am closely monitoring the situation and will update this information as soon as there are any changes. To compensate for any potential inconvenience, I am offering significantly reduced rates starting from 23rd February. By confirming your booking at this special price, you acknowledge the current situation. For this reason, the construction activity itself cannot be considered grounds for complaint or negative feedback, as it has been clearly communicated prior to your booking.
