Welcome to this brand new, stylish holiday home with a spacious private garden in Ouddorp aan Zee. This detached house is the perfect holiday home for families, (kite)surfers and couples looking for peace and space near the sea. It is located in a wonderfully quiet area on the edge of the 'Westduinen' nature reserve and close to the beach. Fancy some excitement? The cozy village center of Ouddorp is just around the corner and as a guest you have free access to all facilities of the Klepperstee. The space It is a recently renovated holiday home with 3 bedrooms. The central space is a spacious open kitchen with two sitting areas. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the cozy hanging fireplace indoors, and in the summer you can mainly live outside thanks to the glass facade that can be completely opened. The ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling! Two of the three bedrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), large built-in wardrobe and direct access to the garden. From the hall you enter the second bedroom: a cozy children's room with a children's bunk bed. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with a built-in XL (family) bed and an unobstructed view of the Westduinen nature reserve. There is something for everyone in the sunny and spacious garden with various seating areas. There is a vintage swing, a Weltevree lounge island for lazy afternoons and there is a lovely outdoor shower. Thanks to its location on the nature reserve and the fence of green sand walls, it is an oasis of peace in the green. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. There are 4 sleeping places for adults and 2 sleeping places exclusively for children. A baby is often a good fit. The house is not suitable for groups of friends. Guest access You can park a maximum of two cars in front of the house. The house is located on the edge of a holiday park. It is a quiet park that is not freely accessible. After booking, the host will arrange access to the park. Because our park is part of the Klepperstee holiday park, our guests have free access to their facilities. The facilities can easily be reached via the park, so that (older) children can go on an adventure independently. Here you will find a cozy bistro in the glass greenhouse (where you can also take away) with a large terrace next to the playground. There is also a wooden indoor playground, a natural outdoor pool and a four-person sauna. In addition, the bistro offers a bread service in the morning during holiday periods and holidays. Other things to note Are you coming with children? Then you are in the perfect place here. The owners are a traveling couple with a love for design. Thanks to their three children, they understand better than anyone what you need as a family on holiday. Peace and quiet and a little commotion every now and then. Wake up with coffee in the morning sun, fresh croissants within reach, a good beach bar nearby, (outdoor) toys for the kids and plenty of space around the house and in the surrounding area. And simply practical: a washing machine with dryer, a Stokke high chair and a children's bath. And a travel cot is ready for you in the closet. It's fun even without children. Maybe even a little extra. In any case, the peace and space. There is also plenty to do in the area. Nice beach bars, beautiful walking routes and endless water sports options. The Brouwersdam, the hotspot for (kite) surfers, is just a stone's throw away. Do you miss the city? Within 30 min. you are in the middle of Rotterdam.
