While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you. Our property undergoes regular fumigation to prevent pests. ※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival, A$350 ※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid. ※ The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes. ※ Standard Setting: Queen size bed for 2 guests ※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. (Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming) ※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbor. ※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! ※ Booking changes and other options The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check-out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived Note: Conditions for rebooking: 1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation.
