Welcome to Keeper’s Rest. This is a fabulous flat which sleeps up to 4 people, located in a residential area in the popular coastal resort town of Cromer, on the North Norfolk Coast. Keeper’s Rest is contemporary and has been thoughtfully kitted out making it a very comfortable and relaxing space, which is perfect for families, groups of friends or couples at any time of year. Features include a large, open plan kitchen diner, sitting room, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom. The space Located on the top floor, Keeper's Rest is a beautifully presented light and spacious apartment, with far reaching views across the town and out to sea. This contemporary flat has been tastefully decorated and features an open plan kitchen dining area which is well equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave and coffee making facilities. There is a comfortable sitting room with sofas, wide screen tv, boardgames and plenty of books. Guests will have access to two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one being a double and the other being a twin. A family bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath. Keeper's Rest is ideally placed for golfers with the Royal Cromer Golf Club being near-by. It is also close to the coastal path and coastal roads, making an ideal base for walkers and cyclists. Other things to note The flat has its own parking space and plenty of on street parking, for any additional vehicles, is available on Park Road. Keeper's Rest is situated across a quiet road from a playground, which is ideal for children. For those travelling with infants, a high chair and travel cot are available upon request (please note, cot bedding is not provided). A five minute walk takes you to footpaths through woods, leading to the cliff path, cliff top, lighthouse etc- where there are some fabulous views to take in. From the cliff path you will also find some steps leading down to the beach (approximately a 15 minute walk). Cromer town centre with its iconic pier, promenade, shops, cafes and eateries is a 25 minute walk away. If you fancy walking somewhere for dinner, we would suggest trying Sundown at The Grove, where you will find a fabulous tipi tent set amongst beautiful grounds, serving Norfolk style tapas, pizza and seafood. It is approximately a 9 minute walk away and booking is advisable. Cromer Beach has been rated one of 34 of the best beaches in the country, according to Time Out as of April 2024! Gym, pool and spa facilities can be found at Woodlands Holiday Park in the village of Trimingham, which is a 9 minute drive away. Day passes can be purchased here. Marlings Bar and Grill is located on the same site, offering an array of menu options and seasonal produce. Keeper's Rest is located on the second floor and is accessed via a staircase.
