It is close to many key attractions and landmarks, making it an ideal place for both residents and visitors. The space The spacious apartment features 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a bath. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is for your use. Please read and respect our house rules. Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: - We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel. - For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week) - We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. We are able to help you with airport transfers.
