(5 minutes walk from Hyochang Park Station) It is close to hot places such as Seoul Station, Hongdae, Shinchon, Myeongdong, Itaewon, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Dongdaemun. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and Yongmun Market, a traditional Korean market, is close. Welcome to a month-long stay. Please avoid making loud noises for your neighbors after 10pm. [Kitchen use] -Foods with strong smells and smoke (meat, grilled fish, fried foods, etc.) cannot be cooked. -Please wash the dishes and cooking utensils you used before leaving. [Beware of insect inflow] -Due to the nature of a single-family home, there may be an influx of insects, and we are trying to minimize the influx of insects when cleaning. If you are sensitive, please make a reservation carefully, and refunds due to this are not permitted. -Please always close the doors and windows leading to the outside.
