Come in and welcome to our 1-room apartment centrally located on the edge of the old town. Despite its size, the apartment is spacious, fully equipped and invites you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city through the tub bath and the balcony overlooking our pond. At the height-adjustable desk and with VDSL connection, work stays can also be made pleasant. 4 stops from the main train station and 15 minutes' walk through picturesque Little Venice to the cathedral square. The space The Location Centrally located yet traffic-calmed on the outskirts of the old town. Just four tram stops from the main train station. Within walking distance you can reach the stop, a bakery, a supermarket and also a copy shop in 5 minutes. On foot you are also in Little Venice in 2-3 minutes, at the cathedral square, Merchant's Bridge and fish market or also in the Nordpark with adjacent outdoor pool in about 15 minutes and at the Augustinian monastery in about 5 minutes. Some restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartment is on the first floor of our three-family house. At approx. 39 square meters, it is perfect for traveling and work stays alone or as a couple. It has a large room + hallway + bathroom + kitchen + balcony. The hallway leads to the modernized kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer and mini dishwasher. The adjoining balcony allows a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers a view of our pond, which is often visited by birds. In the spring and summer you can often hear the green woodpecker calling. The living room and bedroom is modern and cozy. The bed has a width of 1.60 m and thanks to the blackout curtains it is also dark in the room at night with street lighting. The workplace is equipped with a manually height-adjustable desk and monitor. Here you can work remotely thanks to the fast Internet. With satellite TV and various board games, rainy days can be spent well. The bathroom impresses with its size and is equipped with a bathtub. The apartment is not accessible. Guest access Access is keyless via Nuki Keypad. For this purpose, you will receive two codes (front door and apartment door) before your arrival, which are valid for the entire period. Other things to note The parking situation Public, but paid parking is available on the street in front of the house. Free public parking is also within walking distance. We will be happy to provide information before arrival. In addition, a parking garage (for a fee) can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
