The space PROPERTY DETAILS From this incredible property, you can walk 150 metres straight onto Mudjimba Beach, or stay at home and revel in everything this property has to offer. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed - Master Bedroom (ensuite & TV) Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds Parking: The property has a double garage, driveway parking for 2 cars behind a large security gate and boundary fence. There is also additional street parking if needed—plenty of space for your family or group. Air Conditioning: This property has air conditioning throughout, as well as overhead fans in all the bedrooms, living, and entertainment areas. Access: The keys can be gained through an on-site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit. Property Features: This is a large, impressive house with multiple areas for you to use and enjoy: 4 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Large lounge room 2 Dining tables (1 interior, 1 exterior) Outdoor BBQ area with seating, lounge, and relaxation space Glistening saltwater pool Undercover deck/ verandah with lounge and dining facilities BBQ Beach trolley with 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, picnic items, and umbrella 2 Smart TVs with access to your favourite streaming services (Living room TV has Netflix, Kayo, and Prime provided for you) Kitchen: The modern kitchen includes: Fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and all other items you may need 2nd fridge located in the garage for additional cold storage if needed Bathroom: Along with a spacious shower, there is a large bathtub to relax in (this is not for spa use). Linen: We supply all linen: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, etc. Consumables: To help keep the cleaning costs to a minimum, we provide: 1 sachet tea per person 1 sachet of instant coffee per person Small long life milk Generic 3-in-1 body wash and hair 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet (for your ""start-up"" stay) After that, you will need to purchase your own tea, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc. Pool: The property features a glistening saltwater pool. Laundry: The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a clothesline outside for drying your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do not provide laundry detergent. Internet: We offer free NBN internet access for your use. Details will be sent to you when you book. Pets: This is a pet-friendly property. However, pets are limited to 2 and must not be on the furniture or beds. Property Restrictions: This is NOT A PARTY, EVENT, OR FUNCTION PROPERTY, and it is STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere, as we do not condone or allow such activities. If not already provided, we will ask for details of your group and the purpose of your trip. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that does not record conversations, but only measures the volume of sounds. If we receive reports of parties, events, or loud noise from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately. Cleaning Charges: The cleaning charge for your stay covers a normal clean. However, if guests leave garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts, smells, or burns (which will be cleaned or repaired), additional cleaning and replacement costs will be levied.
