The space The modern and newly furnished flat is approx. 63 square metres in size and is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of an apartment building. It consists of a hallway, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and Air-conditioning in the bedroom and a workplace with a large, bright desk, a living room with a large, high-quality sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a very well-equipped kitchen and a small, useful pantry/storage room directly in the flat. Access to the bedroom is through the living room. In the kitchen there is a fridge, a cooker with 4 hobs and an oven, a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules and a wide selection of teas. A cosy dining table with four chairs invites you to eat together. All the equipment you need to cook for yourself is provided. The flat is equipped with bed linen as standard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Of course, we also provide fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap. Throughout the flat you have fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with free Netflix access and other programmes. An iron, ironing board, travel cot and high chair are also available for your use.A modern washer-dryer is also available in the basement for you to use free of charge during your stay—ideal for longer stays and maximum comfort. Location This newly furnished, fully equipped flat is very well located in the centre of Troisdorf, the most populous town in the Rhein-Sieg district. It is quietly located right on the edge of the pedestrian zone with its shops, diverse restaurants, bistros and pubs. There is free parking only about 100 metres away, but we also offer you a free and secure parking space in an underground car park (5 minutes' walk). Troisdorf railway station is also just a few minutes' walk away, from where trains can take you to nearby Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg, Düsseldorf and many other cities in a short time. The flat is also characterised by its proximity to Cologne/Bonn Airport (14 minutes by car/ 22 minutes by train) and very good motorway connections. Guest access The entire flat is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Access is via the stairwell, as there is no elevator in the building. Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels, shampoo and shower gel. A selection of coffee capsules and tea also awaits you. A registration form must be completed before check-in. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The washer/dryer is located in the communal basement, not in the apartment. Non-smoking apartment. No parties or events.
