A kitchen area with a stovetop, microwave, cooking utensils and a standing eating area. A coffee maker is available. In the living room area, the sofa bed with a coffee table and 4 poufs, as well as a TV. In the bathroom, you will find a pair of towels and a hair dryer. You will also find a broom, dustpan, mop, cleaning product and iron. Outdoor parking space, either on the street where the studio is located or a little further on the Place de la Mairie. Guest access Access through a gate with digicode, giving access to a corridor that runs along the house, you arrive on the terrace, continue as if to access the garden and on your left you will find a small staircase with access to the studio. For night arrivals, the light button is located immediately to your left after opening the gate. You can turn it off with the button located at the studio door. Other things to note For an extra pair of towels, you will be asked for an extra €5. For an umbrella bed or ironing board rental, you will be asked for an additional €5 per day. For an extra pair of sheets, you'll be asked for €9. We only rent the studio to you! The studio allows you to be overlooked. Thank you for respecting our privacy.
