A kitchen area with a standing dining area, fully equipped, a living area with flat screen and sofa bed 100 x 190, a bedroom area with a bed of 140 and a bathroom with a shower. Independent studio at home, access via the terrace. Close to shops, 800 m away, Train station 2 km away, direction Versailles 30 min and Paris Montparnasse 45 min. Bus no. 67 towards Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, in front of the house. The space Quiet little studio, located in an outbuilding in our garden. 21m² studio. Fully equipped studio for a comfortable and comfortable stay. Includes wifi. Equipped with a 140 bed and a 100x190 sofa bed. A kitchen area with a hob, a microwave, cooking utensils and a nook eats standing. A coffee maker is available. In the seating area, there is a sofa bed with a coffee table and 4 ottomans, as well as a TV. In the bathroom, you will find towels and a hairdryer. You will also find a broom, a dustpan, and a mop behind the bathroom door. Cleaning supplies in the bathroom and under the sink in the kitchen area, as well as an iron. Outdoor parking space, either on the street where the studio is located or a little further on the town hall square. Guest access Access through a gate with a keypad (explanation of how the keypad works is provided in the guidebooks and in the check-in message). There is a gate leading to a hallway that runs along the side of the house. When you reach the terrace, continue as if you were going to the garden, and on your left, you will find a small staircase leading up to the studio. For nighttime check-ins, the light switch is located immediately to your left after opening the gate. You can turn it off with the button located at the studio door. Other things to note For an extra pair of towels, you will be asked for an extra €5. For an umbrella bed or ironing board rental, you will be asked for an additional €5 per day. For an extra pair of sheets, you'll be asked for €9. We only rent the studio to you! The studio allows you to be overlooked. Thank you for respecting our privacy. Our terrace is not part of the studio. Even though it might be tempting to come by or want to see what's going on. You wouldn't want us to do it at your place, so please respect our privacy.
