A cozy room in a modern house

This room is ideal for a temporary stay in Potsdam. We renovate our guest room and it is now cozy. The house is spacious, with all the facilities. We hope our guest will enjoy their stay here. The house is Walking distance to the Film park. Private car parking is free, and can also arrive by bus, close to the central. After each stay, the linen and sheets are changed. The bedroom and bathroom will be cleaned after each stay. The guest room is on 1st floor, need to climb the stairs. The space It is a modern house, built and decorated in European urban style, with good quality. The house is an environmentally friendly home, using solar power. There is also a fireplace downstairs which our family enjoy pretty much. Guest access Private car parking is free. Public transportation: Can take bus to arrive. From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, take bus 690, 601 and get off at Kleine Straße, five minutes walk to the house. It is not far away to the three train stations: Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, Gribnitzsee, Potsdam Medienstadt Babelsberg. Other things to note This house is environmentally friendly designed. AC is used for heating, utilizing solar energy, so the AC and other facilities can be turned on during day time( when the sun arises), but have to be shut down after Sunset.
