The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with quality bedding (160 x 200) throughout the 4 seasons. This house is ideally located as a starting point for all the tourist places of the Bay of Somme (Saint-Valéry, Le Crotoy, Le Hourdel, Cayeux, Le Tréport...) but also on site, park or bike path while having all the amenities within walking distance. The space The totally renovated house consists on the ground floor of a kitchen, dining room with TV, living room with TV and veranda overlooking a terrace and garden. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms with 160X200 beds, another bedroom with 2 90X190 bunk beds and a shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Outside the accommodation you benefit from a parking space at the front of the house, at the back of a south facing terrace of 15 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue of a large garden completely fenced .a veranda .(3 bikes available on request) From the accommodation you can walk to the Parc de la Bouvaque (60 hectares), a shopping area composed of a cinema, restaurants, a supermarket and for basic fit athletes. Activities: - Medieval city in Saint-valéry-sur-somme (15min) - Pointe du Hourdel to see the seals (15min) - Walking tours, Parc de la Bouvaque, Parc de Marquenterre - Bike route (towpath, bike route path to Saint Valéry, Valley of the sum), - Beachs - Fishing on foot - Swimming pool, water sport. Guest access Guests will be contacted by email or text between 8 and 3 days before check-in. The check-in will be done in person by one of the hosts. Other things to note - Beds made on arrival - High chair, bath, umbrella bed available free of charge upon request. - Free WiFi available - No animals allowed in the listing - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a decent state of cleanliness and clean appliances after use. - Bath towels available if needed.
