Sea Conch also includes your own covered back deck that overlooks the shared pool and courtyard area. The pool is shared with the two second floor units in this home - "Horse Conch" and "Rooster Conch." Upon entering your vacation home, you will be delighted by the natural light, hardwood floors, cheerful Key West décor, and the work of local artists. The open concept living room area is large and includes pops of color, a flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for you and your guests. A white kitchen with subway tile, stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets is fully equipped and offers all the amenities of home. A drum chandelier and a large dining table with seating for eight complement the area. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living via the double French doors that open onto your covered deck and provide direct access to the pool area. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath, bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, closet, and dresser storage. Each ensuite bath has a large pedestal sink and tiled walk-in shower. PARKING: Sea Conch offers 1 designated off street parking spot for 1 vehicle for an additional fee assessed at the time of booking.
