A sunroom looking over an established north facing 40-year-old garden and a front porch to watch the sunsets. The space The floorboards are all polished and rooms are furnished with a retro feel, in keeping with the age of the property. You will enjoy the mod cons of air-conditioning and a clothes washer and dryer. We now have a dishwasher in the original 60's kitchen to bring it nearly into the 21st Century. The fridge and pantry are stocked with the basics, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk for your arrival. There is a smart tv - byo streaming apps. Other things to note Cleaning up after yourself: we hope you enjoy your stay in our home and we only expect you leave it how you would leave your Nonna's, if no Nonna, how you found it. If your Nonna would be happy with that cushion left there, then we will. Also Nonna does not provide her Netflix login in, you may disrupt her murder mysteries, you must bring your own. Please remember this is a country town, with country people who have barking dogs and noisy country trains, you might even hear country music and if you’re really lucky, cattle sales on a Tuesday.
