The apartment is located in a very central position, in a quiet residential context. Thanks to line 1 of the Milan underground you can reach all the main points of interest in just a few minutes (central station in 8 minutes and the Duomo in 12 minutes). The space The entrance door overlooks the living room with open kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating. There is an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and capsule coffee machine. In the bedroom there is a French bed and a wardrobe to store your clothes. The blind bathroom (equipped with a fan for air circulation) is located in the corridor and has a brand new shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet. There is also a washing machine. Guests have access to hand, body and shampoo soap. Other services included include Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. Guest access Online check-in is required before arrival: signing the rental agreement, requesting documents. In Italy it is mandatory to register guests on the portal of the State Police, for this reason identification documents will be requested. CLEANING AND WELCOME KIT: Cleaning or linen changes are not available during your stay. We provide towels and bed linens based on the number of guests. For the first day of your stay, we provide coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, soap, shower gel, and shampoo. For last-minute bookings, immediate check-in is not guaranteed.
