You are 2 steps from all the amenities of the city center. Park your car in the nearby underground parking lots and enjoy doing everything on foot in the pedestrian cobblestone streets of the beautiful city center! The space The accommodation is located on the 2nd and last floor floor of a townhouse with only 3 apartments, 1 on each floor, in a typical residential alley in the city center. It is a small attic studio of 20m2 composed of a main room with oblique views of the Cathedral, and a separate bathroom. You are in close walking distance to the hyper center with shops, bars and restaurants. You have a laundromat 3mn walk away. The tram is a 5mn walk, the train station 15mn walk. The main room consists of a 140*190 double bed, a TV, a fitted and equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, microwave oven, senseo coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary dishes. Storage spaces are available on-site to store your belongings (in the process of being set up: boxed furniture) The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. I provide the necessities for the start of the stay, such as toilet paper, sponges, dishwashing liquid, soap, a few coffee and tea pods, sugar. It's up to you to replenish according to your personal consumption! Bed and bath linen included. Classic cleaning is included, we ask that you leave the apartment in a normal state of cleanliness, dishes cleaned, tidy and dried, trash can taken out, beds unmade upon your departure. The portion of the street is not accessible by car, which gives it great calm. A few minutes walk you benefit from the underground parking of the Hotel de Ville. Thanks to its advantageous rates, you can park safely and enjoy the pedestrian streets of the city center.
