Spacious and cozy triplex with terrace

Old barn completely renovated by ourselves and subdivided into 3 apartments, each with its own character. Located only 20 km from Strasbourg. We have preserved and highlighted the "traces" of the past such as exposed beams, vaults and columns. The capacity for each apartment varies from 5 to 8 people. The reception is personalized. No key box, no dematerialized entry. The maintenance is done exclusively by me. The space The very last of the apartments we've renovated. Very spacious with its 130 m2, this triplex finds its character in the antique furniture, some of which has been refurbished and combined with other more recent ones. Push the front door… you will be in the living area with the dining area (with very large table, bench and chairs) and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have direct access to a nice little terrace. The barbecue gives a little extra charm to the outside. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, tancarville and everything you need for cleaning is on the same level. Separate toilet. Climb a few steps and you are on the 1st floor (with a view overlooking the ground floor). Bathroom with walk-in shower, sinks and toilet as well as a bedroom with 2 beds of 1m/1m that can be joined to offer a double or single bed. A few more steps and you're on the top floor under the eaves. A living room with a sofa and a futon can be used as an extra bed for 2 people (1.40 m). The first bedroom is composed of 2 beds of 80 cm that can be combined to make a bed of 1.60 m. The second bedroom offers a double bed of 1.60 m. Guest access You can easily park inside the property. Ground floor access in the entrance then stairs to go up to the floors. Other things to note Discover our beautiful Alsace, live new experiences, explore local, cultural, culinary riches... I will be by your side if you wish, so that your stay, short or long, is full of good and beautiful memories. Beautiful hikes from the apartment will enchant you. The village is very small, no need to use your car. However, to access the amenities of the surrounding area, it will be very useful. You can also take the bus to Strasbourg, Saverne and discover other villages. The bus stop is in front of the apartment.
