Old barn completely renovated by ourselves and subdivided into 3 apartments each with their own character. Located only 20kms from Strasbourg. We have preserved and highlighted the "traces" of the past, such as the exposed beams, the vaults, and the columns. The capacity for each of the apartments varies from 3 to 6 people. The hospitality is personalized. No lockbox, no dematerialized entrance. The maintenance is exclusively done by me. The space The very latest of the apartments we have renovated, rated 3***. Very spacious at 130 m2, this triplex has a unique character thanks to its vintage furniture, some of which has been refurbished and combined with more recent pieces. Push open the front door… you will be in the living area with the dining area (with a very large table, bench and chairs) and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have direct access to a lovely little terrace. A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, Tancarville ironing board, and everything you need for cleaning is on the same level. Separate toilet. Climb a few steps and you're on the 1st floor (with a bird's-eye view of the ground floor). A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sinks and a toilet, as well as a bedroom with 2 beds of 1 m/1 m that can be joined to provide a double or single bed. A few more steps and you are on the top floor under the attic. A living room with a sofa and a futon can be used as an extra bed for 2 people (1.40 m). The first bedroom has 2 beds of 80 cm that can be joined to make a 1.60 m bed. The second bedroom has a 1.60 m double bed. Guest access You can easily park inside the property. Ground floor access in the entrance then stairs to go up to the floors. Other things to note Discover our beautiful Alsace, live new experiences, explore local, cultural, culinary riches... I will be by your side if you wish, so that your stay, short or long, is full of good and beautiful memories. Beautiful hikes from the apartment will enchant you. The village is very small, no need to use your car. However, to access the amenities of the surrounding area, it will be very useful. You can also take the bus to Strasbourg, Saverne and discover other villages. The bus stop is in front of the apartment.
