Spacious and cozy triplex with garden

Old barn completely renovated by ourselves and subdivided into 3 apartments, each with its own character. Located just 20kms from Strasbourg. We have preserved and highlighted the “traces” of the past such as exposed beams, vultures and columns. The capacity for each apartment varies from 3 to 6 people. The hospitality is personalized. No key box, no virtual entry. Maintenance is done exclusively by me. The space The very last of the apartments we've refurbished, rated 3***. Very spacious at 130 m² (1,400 sq. ft.), this triplex owes its character to its vintage furniture, some of which has been refurbished and combined with more recent pieces. Push the front door…you will be in the living space with the dining area (with very large table, bench and chairs) and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have direct access to a nice little terrace. A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and everything you need for housekeeping is located on the same level. Separate baths. Climb a few steps and you're on the 1st floor (with a bird 's-eye view of the ground floor). A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sinks, and toilet, as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds (1 m x 1 m) that can be joined to provide a double or single bed. Just a few more steps and you'll be on the top floor under the eaves. A living room with a sofa bed and a futon can provide additional sleeping space for 2 people (1.40 m / 55 inches). The first bedroom has 2 80-cm beds that can be pushed together to make a 1.60-m bed. The second bedroom has a 1.60 m (5' 3") double bed. Guest access You can easily park inside the property. Ground floor access in the entrance then stairs to go up to the floors. Other things to note Discover our beautiful Alsace, live new experiences, explore local, cultural, culinary riches... I will be by your side if you wish, so that your stay, short or long, is full of good and beautiful memories. Beautiful hikes from the apartment will enchant you. The village is very small, no need to use your car. However, to access the amenities of the surrounding area, it will be very useful. You can also take the bus to Strasbourg, Saverne and discover other villages. The bus stop is in front of the apartment.
