Spacious and cozy triplex with terrace

Old barn fully repurposed by ourselves and subdivided into 3 apartments each with their own character. Located just 20kms from Strasbourg. We have preserved and highlighted the “traces” of the past such as exposed beams, vultures and columns. The capacity for each of the apartments varies from 5 to 8 people. The welcome is personalized. No key box, no dematerialized entry. The maintenance is exclusively done by me. The space The very last of the apartments we repaired. Very spacious with its 130m2, this triplex finds its character in the heathered furniture, revamped for some and married to others more recent. Push the front door…you will be in the living space with the dining area (with very large table, bench and chairs) and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have direct access to a cute little terrace. The barbecue gives an extra little charm to the outside. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, tancarville and everything you need for cleaning is on the same level. Separate Toilets. Climb a few steps and you're on the 1st floor (with a bird 's-eye view of the ground floor). A bathroom with walk-in shower, sinks and toilet as well as a bedroom with 2 beds of 1m/1m that can be joined to offer a double or single bed. A few more steps and you're on the top floor under the attic. A living room with a sofa and a futon may be the subject of an extra bed for 2 people (1.40 m). The first bedroom is composed of 2 beds of 80 cms that can be brought together to make a bed of1.60 m. The second bedroom offers a double bed of1.60 m. Guest access You can easily park inside the property. Access on one level in the entrance then stairs to go upstairs. Beautiful hikes from the apartment will enchant you. The village is very small, no need to use his car. On the other hand, to access the amenities of the surroundings, it will be very useful. You can also catch the bus to Strasbourg, Saverne and discover other villages. The bus stop is opposite the apartment.
