Quiet, sunny and something special

This special place has its own style. On about 120 m² of living space and a large, covered terrace with garden, life usually takes place outside. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house at the foot of the Hohenstoffel (one of the beautiful Hegauberge) in a cul-de-sac. Creatively and lovingly decorated, there is nothing missing. There is also a quarry lake in the village and the beautiful Lake Constance, as well as Switzerland, can be reached in a few minutes. Because the house was built on the mountain, the 2nd bedroom (rear) only has 2 skylights. In the living room and in the master bedroom there are large panoramic windows that let the sun shine in from noon. However, it is possible to darken with electric roller shutters. The house is located in a cul-de-sac at the very edge of the village of Binnigen. This makes it very quiet and secluded. You will use the entire basement including garden and terrace to yourself. The house is heated with an oil central heating system and there is also the possibility of heating in the living room with a fireplace. Wood is of course available. Nearby is a quarry lake that can be reached by bike. Parking by car is prohibited (water protection area). The highest winery in Germany is only 7 km away. Many use the area for hiking and cycling trips. The proximity to the Rhine and Lake Constance also invite you to do so. The town of Schaffhausen (Switzerland) with its famous waterfall is only 13 km away. The medieval town of Stein am Rhein is also about 20 km away (Switzerland) and is very worth seeing. Lake Constance, the flower island Mainau, the salad island Reichenau, the city of Konstanz and Meersburg can all be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Of course, there are also plenty of beaches and swimming pools nearby that invite you to swim. Excursions by boat or ferry are also always worthwhile. Nearby are all the Hegauberge, the Aachquelle, the old town Engen, also the Black Forest for many the hiking paradise is very close. In winter, the nearest ski lift can be reached in half an hour and the Feldberg in less than an hour... and so on. Many great restaurants complete your vacation with us. I am happy to help.
