In the heart of a charming village in the southwest of France, 25 minutes from Agen, 1 hour from Toulouse and 2 hours from Bordeaux, the old 450 m² presbytery, completely renovated by a couple passionate about French heritage, welcomes you for an exceptional stay. The property consists of a 17th century building, surrounded by a large fenced private park of more than 6000 m2, with a fenced outdoor swimming pool measuring 6x12 m, a petanque court, a summer kitchen with plancha and parking on the estate. The space Who we are: We are a couple from Toulouse in their 40s, with three children aged 10 to 3. Two years ago, we fell in love with this magnificent building and set out to restore it with passion. After two years of finishing work, we are proud and happy to share precious moments with our friends and family in this place steeped in history. Now, we are delighted to open our doors to you and share this unique experience with you. The "Clos de Lamagistère" Gîte: The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, but if you are a larger group, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. With four bedrooms, our gite offers a spacious and warm space for your stay. The large, fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, and the living room offers an ideal relaxation space for getting together. You can also enjoy the dining room for friendly meals, as well as the large terrace for relaxing moments in the open air. Guest access You will have access to part of the cottage, as described in the listing. The other rooms of the manor will be closed. You can enjoy this majestic space in complete serenity, without sharing it with other guests. You will have access to the entire park (except for certain outbuildings and outdoor areas that are not accessible), the swimming pool, the bocce court, and the summer kitchen. Other things to note Linen: For any stay of 7 nights and more linens are provided and included in the rental: bed linen and towels (excluding pool sheet) For stays of less than 7 nights: linens are optional (€25 for a set of sheets). Allowed events: Please note that all parties and disruptive events are prohibited, regardless of the number of guests Heating costs: Please note that there is no heating for these booking periods (May-September). Pool Opening: Please note that the pool is open from May to September. Security Deposit: An uncashed deposit cheque will be requested upon arrival in the amount of 1500 euros. Cleanliness: Cleanliness will be requested from you. In addition, please leave the premises tidy as you found them upon arrival, including the dishes made and put back in the cabinets.
