Kinloch HotTub Retreat

Kick back and relax in this brand new, calm, stylish space. Enjoy lounging in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Kinloch Bay of Lake Taupo and surrounding hills. Explore the local tracks through native bush by hiking or biking. We have 2 mountain bikes for you to use. Local amenities include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course, Kinloch Marina and fresh lake swimming to awaken the senses. The main Taupo hub, a short 20 minute journey, consists of many great eateries and activities. The space Main Bedroom: 1x King, then walk-in wardrobe Bedroom 2: 1x Queen, ensuite, wardrobe Bedroom 3: 2x King Single, wardrobe, main bathroom is adjacent. Gas cooker and gas hot water. Weber BBQ available. Lake access via the private staircase and bush track is 500m. 1x sml and 1x lrg mountain bike Breville coffee machine Washer & Dryer Hot Tub Guest access Gate Access: Access is via a gated road. Code will be given for gates on arrival. (when exiting in vehicle, stay close to left hand side to activate the sensor to open gates) Door Access: Code will be given for Door to house on arrival. Other things to note The K2K track (Kinloch to Kawakawa Bay) is 9.5km. The W2K track (Whakaipo to Kinloch) is 13.5km (or 22.5km). Due to our home being built in a new development, there is occasionally building happening around the home. Please be aware that there may be some noise during the week days during work hours and some views being compromised.
