This historic village is a 20-minute drive from the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by mountains and close to cities such as San Remo, Ventimiglia, Monaco. Nice airport is a 50-minute drive away. House with sunny balcony on the 3rd floor, accessible via stairs, no elevator. Parking in the village is unpaid and paid. The space This recently renovated apartment features a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink and heated towel rail. Towels are included in the rental. The living room features a smart TV and separate speakers with Bluetooth/WiFi that can be connected to your own device via Google Home. In addition, there is a free Netflix subscription available. WiFi is free and available throughout the apartment. There is one bedroom with 2 separate 90x200 beds and one bedroom with a double bed of 160x200. Bed linens are included. One of the bedrooms has French doors to the balcony, as does the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached via a stairwell. Please note that there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. You can park your car throughout the village, both in paid and unpaid parking spaces. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are charging points for electric cars. Guest access The entire apartment is available for rent. Thanks to the presence of a key box, you have flexibility in terms of arrival and departure, within the specified arrival and departure times.
