Concept-Studio

Our cottage, located in Perrigny-sur-Armançon, is ideal for one to two people. It offers a perfect setting to relax and discover local crafts. You can prepare delicious meals in the very well-equipped kitchen… You can also get fresh and local products from your hostess Isis, proposal of meals and events on site… Beautiful walks can be taken in the village, the forest or by the river and the canal… The space The studio is located on the ground floor of a beautiful bourgeois house. It's an open, single-story space. At the front: a large courtyard for you to enjoy, table and chairs available, Chilean... Quiet and pleasant place surrounded by various plantations. At the back: a view from the kitchen window of the garden, river and in the distance sheep, ducks, cows... All the furniture was made by a craftsman from the village, the bedding (mattress, duvet, pillows) is made of wool from our sheep, paintings by a local artist. The concept-studio is a kind of showroom of rooms available for purchase, in which you can settle down for a stay. Guest access Meet at 4 Grande Rue to pick up keys, the car can be parked in front of the house to be unloaded. It can't be parked in the yard but there are many parking lots a few meters from the studio and an electric charging station!
