Open the large Mahogony entrance doors to be dazzled by the direct beach view which the private bar looks over allowing for an amazing sunset experience every day. The Large Entrance Hall on Arrival allowing plenty of space for all guests to enjoy. Moving to the left, a well equipped outdoor entertainment area - 6 seater outdoor dining table along with a further 6 seated outdoor lounge area - allowing all to eat and enjoy together. A full CR is outside allowing for convenience and comfort. Moving to the lower level - a perfect "beach bar" with 8 seats overlooking the ocean, coconut trees and beautiful rock formations make this a perfect place morning, evening or night to enjoy the ocean breezes and sights. Other outdoor seating options built in near the bar and grassed yard around the open bon fire give a truly Zen and relaxing experience to enjoy with your other registered guests. Beach BBQ area with dual access on both sides of the property allowing you to capture the most memorable sunset photos daily - you will remember and cherish this beach forever. Moving inside - you'll be greeted with a Downstairs lounge area, TV, Bluetooth speaker and water dispenser along with an indoor 4 seater dining area and 3 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen providing everything an aspiring chef would require to cook up a storm in our luxury white and porcelain kitchen. Gas oven and cook top, large fridge and freezer, rice cooker and microwave with complete cutlery and kitchen ware. Enjoy the wine and shot glasses too! Moving up stairs, you will be greeted with the upstairs lounge area overlooking the ocean for amazing views. Smart TV and fully airconditioned, perfect for the pull out beds to be positioned for extra space. Bedroom 3 - includes Two single Beds plus 3 Full Size Queen floor mattresses Bedroom 2 - includes a Queen-size Bedroom and a single pull out sofa Bed The master suite includes a queen-size bed and a sofa bed with an exclusive ensuite.
