The space Perfect for large groups, Villa Bellevue has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. The villa consists of three floors with a total of 250 m2 of indoor, 200 m2 of outdoor private space and 100 m2 of parking space. 4 spacious bedrooms can accommodate 8 guests, while there are 2 extra beds for 2 children. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a TV and access to a large balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Below is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with a sofa and a large TV. This space also offers access to the balcony and access to the rear outdoor area where there is a stone barbecue and an outdoor dining table. The second floor offers two bedrooms with large double beds and TVs. There are even two bathrooms with shower cabins. Furthermore, you have access to a modern equipped kitchen and a dining room that is ideal for family gatherings. There is also a large living room with a TV and a workspace for all workaholics. And this floor has a long balcony overlooking the sea. The third floor has a terrace of 70 m2. This terrace overlooks the sea, the islands and the beautiful Dubrovnik. There are sun loungers available, and part of the terrace has a pergola if you want to enjoy the shade. From the terrace you can enter the kitchenette, which has a large table and additional space for playing, exercising or resting. What makes this villa special is that you are only one step away from the outdoor pool from this wonderful upper indoor space! For your little ones, there is a children's playground with a trampoline. For those who love the sea more than the pool, you will be delighted by the fact that our villa is a 5-minute walk from the sea and the beach offered by the Žal promenade in Cavtat. The promenade itself, which is available to you in a few steps, has restaurants, cafes and a lot of additional content for children and adults. If you choose Cavtat for your vacation, you won't regret it! Cavtat is connected to Dubrovnik by a regular bus line of bus no. 10 or even better by boats that regularly sail to Dubrovnik and back, and the dock is a 5-minute walk from the villa.
