The room is styled with tasteful wall art and ambient lighting, and features a Crosley Vinyl Player that adds a nostalgic charm, reminiscent of a classic jazz club. A well-placed desk provides a convenient workspace. Kitchen: The kitchen is a marvel of design, with premium blue cabinetry that offers a timeless elegance. It's equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Ample storage and an extractor fan make it as functional as it is beautiful. The breakfast bar is the heart of this space—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Bedroom: Enter the serene bedroom and be greeted by calming hues and luxurious textures. The super premium mattress promises sublime comfort, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer a flood of natural light, complete with dark shades for a peaceful slumber. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
